Curtis is truly a leader in the community build arena. Beginning with exactly marking the placement of the footers for excavation; he then guides the groups of volunteers in the most efficient procedures in completing each component and element. This eliminates double work and/or mistakes that could be easily overlooked by a less experienced installer. His hands on approach creates confidence among volunteer groups and increases the group’s energy levels throughout the build.

Michael has been deeply involved and insightful in the design process of hundreds of projects throughout his career of 20 years. Before conducting community builds, he worked directly with contractors in the installation of 100 + playgrounds. His strength lies in his ability in not only determining the appropriate needs of a community, but also in assessing how the correct elements can come together to be installed in the most cost effective and efficient way possible. This not only saves time, but also money which can be put into the playground equipment budget for the enjoyment of the children.

As the General Manager for General Recreation, Andy is responsible for the overseeing of all aspects of playground projects. He orchestrates the team to be absolutely responsive to the upcoming community build and verifies that everything is in place and ready. Andy leads by example and is often seen as the first one starting the assembly of the equipment and the last one to leave after the playground is completed.
